Where can I pick up the van?

Denmark Campervan is located in central Copenhagen, Aarhus, Aalborg and Odense.
After your booking we will send you all the information you need regarding pick up and drop off.
We offer pick up and drop off at the airport you are arriving at if you want that!

Why should I choose Denmark Campervan?

Denmark Campervan has brand new cars. Our competitors often rent out older cars, where problems can occur along the way. We are also more centrally located than many others. In the rent we include insurance, free mileage, bedsheets and gas for the kitchen.

Insurance and Damage

If the insurance need to be used due to damage or accident, We have a insurance fee of DK 12.000,-. Some travel insurances and credit cards will cover the damage fee.

Pick up and return time?

Pick-up earliest at 3.PM. Return no later than 12 AM. Any returns after 12 AM will be charged 450 NOK per additional hour if nothing else is agreed.

What kind of equipment is there in the cars?

In all our cars we have camping chairs, camping tables, light chains for evening lights, badminton sets, first aid equipment, all kitchen equipment, cloths and dish towels. The car is filled with water and gas before delivery, and is cleaned both externally and internally before you pick it up.

Do we need to bring kitchen essentials?

All campers have fully equipped kitchen for minimum 2x persons (small campers). All campers have a small fridge, frying pans, kettles, cutlery, wine glasses, dishware, glasses, french coffee pot etc.

Age limit and driving license

The driver needs to be at least 21 years old, and have a valid driving license.

Payment

Denmark Campervan uses Stripe as its payment provider. Easy payment via link with visa or mastercard.

We answer you within one working day at the latest.

We recommend you three days minimun with our vans.

Reservation deposits

Accepted Answer

When booking a campervan you will be paying DK 5000/DK 10000 to secure your booking. At arrival for picking the camper the additional amount for rent will be paid. Reservation deposit is not refundable if cancelled. See our cancellation terms for further information.

Breakdowns

If your campervan breaks down you will get road side assistance through the insurance.  If you have questions or problems during the rental period, we are available 24/7. Contact us directly on +47 93 93 93 91.

Question 12

Electricity

All campervans are equipped with leisure battery wich means you can charge small electronics and run the diesel heater. You are not dependent on electricity from driving or a camping site. You can also connect the campervan to a 230V line.

How far can i drive?

Where to camp?

Common places can be camping sites that charges a fee and free-camping. We recommend you to download park4night if you want to find free camp spots.

Question 15

What about toll roads and payment on ferrys?

Accepted Answer

All our cars are equipped with an automatic toll road chip. This chip can be used to travel by ferry and you can drive straight through our toll road stations. After the rental, we will send you an invoice for the actual use of ferries and passages.
